Community engagement, data collection, and resourcing in the Pittsburgh region (412) 414-7418  |  engage@serenitypathwayspgh.com

Community voice, carried through to action.

Serenity Pathways helps funders, community stakeholders, and partners reach residents, hear what they need, and connect them to real resources. We engage people where they are, collect data that holds up, and report back so everyone can act on it.

What we do

Three connected services. Each one makes the next one stronger.

Community engagement

Listening sessions, resident meetings, outreach, and events that build trust and bring people to the table.

Data collection

Surveys, feedback, and participation tracking designed in plain language and collected with care.

Resourcing

Connecting residents to the services, supplies, and partners that meet the needs they share with us.

Who we work with

Organizations that need to reach a community, understand it, and serve it well.

Funders

Foundations, corporate giving, and public agencies that want investments to reach residents and want clear evidence that they did.

Community stakeholders

Registered community organizations, block clubs, resident councils, and neighborhood plans that need broad, honest input.

Health and human services

Hospitals, health plans, and service providers working on outreach, social needs, and community benefit.

Housing and development partners

Property owners, housing authorities, developers, and boards that need resident engagement they can rely on.

Events that bring resources, entertainment, and community into one place

People show up for good food, music, and something fun to do. That is where trust starts. At every event we pair the fun with resource tables, partner conversations, and voluntary feedback, so a block party also becomes a listening session and a resource fair.

  • Back to school supply giveaways and family days
  • Senior socials, line dancing, and creative wellness
  • Health and service partner tables
  • Housing and financial education sessions

How a partnership works

A clear path from first conversation to final report.

Listen

We learn your goals, the community you want to reach, and what you need to know or report.

Design

We plan the engagement, the data you need, and the resources to bring, with a clear scope, timeline, and budget.

Engage and collect

We show up in the community through sessions, outreach, and events, and gather feedback with consent.

Report and resource

You receive findings and recommendations, and residents are connected to the help they asked for.

For funders and partners

Your investment turns into events residents actually attend, resources they actually use, and data you can actually report. Sponsor an event, fund a pilot, or bring us in to engage a community you serve.

Ways to partner

Let's build something the community trusts

Tell us who you want to reach and what you need to learn. We will come back with ideas, a timeline, and a clear scope.
