About Serenity Pathways
We are the bridge between communities and the organizations that want to serve them well.
Our story
Serenity Pathways was founded by Tonya Ford, whose board and leadership service with the Hill District Collaborative, Lemington Residential Corporation and Eva P. Mitchell, and WAVE showed her a gap. Organizations had plans, programs, and resources, but not always the trust, presence, or follow through to reach residents and learn what they truly needed.
Serenity Pathways fills that gap. We engage residents with respect, collect information that partners can act on, and connect people to the support they ask for.

What our name means
Serenity is the calm, safety, and dignity every community deserves. Pathways are the practical routes that lead there: a conversation, a survey, a resource, a phone call returned. Together they describe the journey we support, from survival to stability to thriving.
How we work
Dignity
People are the experts on their own lives and communities.
Choice
Participation in every event, program, and survey is voluntary.
Trust
Earned through consistency, confidentiality, and honesty with residents and partners alike.
Follow through
Listening only matters when it leads to action. We close the loop and report back.
Let's build something the community trusts
Tell us who you want to reach and what you need to learn. We will come back with ideas, a timeline, and a clear scope.
